1. Agreement to Terms

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension

phuwin reserves the right to suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that threatens the integrity of our Services. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or request withdrawals pending investigation.

9.2 Termination by phuwin

phuwin may terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or as required by law or regulatory directive. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

11.3 PAGCOR Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through phuwin's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) in accordance with their complaint procedures. PAGCOR's decision on any complaint shall be final and binding on all parties.

11.4 Arbitration

Any dispute not resolved through customer support or PAGCOR escalation shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

phuwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the phuwin website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the website. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and close your account.
